28 Lifelines Shop Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email address, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date).
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders and register for events/classes. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Refund Policy of Services: Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund for Registration of events/classes/private sessions.
Shipping
For products; Your Package will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once package is shipped, it will arrive within 3-5 business days. We do not ship outside the United States. We do not ship to a PO Box. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak shipping periods.
USPS Expedited Shipping
*All orders for next day or 2nd day shipping must be placed by 3 p.m. EST.Expedited shipping might be available if the item is in stock. If you need your product right away simply do the following:
Email: Melanie@28Lifelines.com Subject: Expedited Shipping Body: Include the item name and number that you would like to order as well as the quantity. Also include your zip code. The Customer Service department will reply to your email and let you know if the item is in stock and what the quote is for expedited shipping.
After receiving a reply from Customer Service simply place your order online* and in the comments section include how you would like the item shipped (USPS Next Day, 2nd Day, etc). All sales are final sales.
